Couple a months I stopped to change my truck stereo and added to my system. Ended up with transmission's problems and main cause was wiring issue with alarm. All my audio/alarm is by them.They don’t accept their mistake. Cost me $3,000 and more plus what I purchased $2,000. Unfortunately, I lost trust form a place where professional service should be done. Today, 06/10/24, I stopped to be helped by them, in which, I still ended paying alarm connections on a “discount “ The money that I lost doesn’t grow - I have to work hard for it and then for someone to do a poor service cost many many working hours in vain. ? please future customers be careful with the service and don’t be a victim like me… On my way to work which is a 3 hour distance I get a call to not be charged on the connection fee in which it was agreed at first, but due to sudden changes on my work schedule it was a miscommunication in connecting with person who agreed to not charge me and that got cleared.

Very unprofessional and rude staff. Waited 4 hours for window tint when I found out they have put in 3 other customers a head of me. Wasted my day and ended up leaving without getting anything done. Staff seemed miserable and hate being there .

Took my 2020 gmc sierra to the McAllen store. Service was good at first just talking to salesman about speakers and what all they were going to do to my truck. The product I received after was completely different, everything looked like was just thrown into truck nothing looked organized. Supposedly was paying for a PROFESSIONAL INSTAL nothing professional about what I received. Spliced wire connections in plain sight, when I was told it would be a complete new wiring kit. Used Dry wall screws to mount Amps under the seats, when I specifically asked not to Drill into truck. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE there PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION is not up to par.

They are not very proffesional. Not polite . had tint 2 years they did not honor they warranty. Also upcharge of 200.
