Had a great experience with this establishment. The owner, family and staff was super friendly to me and my family. The owner actually took time to explain how the audio system works. My kids and I listen to every word he said, it was super knowledgeable. The work was done quickly. I highly recommend this business.

This shop is awesome. I had a problem with my Sonos speaker. Within a couple of hours it was fixed. These folks are the greatest!!!

Honestly at the beginning I was a little skeptical.. Because it did take a day or 2 to get stuff done. Not the audio work but for the main worker to be available. In the end I give there work a 5 star because once it was time to get stuff done. It was done efficiently within a hr. Plus he was a cool guy to hang around with. If I ever need any audio work again. I'm 100% coming back.

Let me tell ya something about them. Tony and jr and the whole entire team are like hands down no question ask PRO-fessional at their works! Jr will go thru textbook to solve your problem! And Tony just look at the problem and tell me what’s the best and most affordable way to go by it. I know that in most America, it takes 2-3 weeks to schedule an appointment. Custom audio said, “we can start today. Part arrived tomorrow. They completed the job as promised. Noodle & Dumplings McAllen TX thank you for bringing audio to life to this building.

Totally disappointed, I took my bass to have it fixed, I saw the opinions and it gave me confidence, a young Antonio received it and told me that in a couple of days it was ready, 2 days later I spoke and there was no way for them to answer me, After 1 week he answered me and hung up on me without explanation, I called again and it went to voicemail, 1 week and a half later he finally answered me to tell me that the fan, which was what I thought was the problem, was working fine but according to him the factory was not I answered him to tell him if they had the part or not, 2 weeks passed and I spoke again and this time he answered me, I think his father, he told me that his son took my job improperly because he had other jobs backlogged, finally after 3 weeks I went through the sin That he would have fixed it, he didn't charge me either but there was no solution.
Conclusion, difficult to find by phone and zero solution.
In my case I do not recommend it, terrible service, they never give you feedback on how the case is going.
