They let you wait for 1-2 daysAnd if you go and ask them they told we don’t know about eta anything❌❌❌If your broker try to call them they will nevr answer phone❌❌❌❌

After almost 8 hrs of waiting to get loaded they loaded me with bad produce and did not mention anything until I got to the drop location and found out they rejected the load. Fresh Kampo and Cool Services of America LLC/(Broker) Total Quality Logistics are to blame for and they opened and insurance claim against my company. Not only did they hold my pay, but I lost out on another trip back from where the load was supposed to be dropped. DRIVERS CHECK LOADS AND BE AWARE OF THESE Companies doing bad business practices.

Could not fix a lawnmower much less anything else don't even spend ur time going there 10 miles down the road trailer died again they fixed nothing I know they don't fix lawn mowers they're supposed to fix refrigerated trailers but they can't fix refrigerated trailers that's why I said they could not fix a lawn mower they could not fix a bicycle because 10 miles after they worked on my trailer for hours and it cut off again

This is a great company whom not only is organized and efficient but treat every customer like family. There is only a hand full of companies like this in the Rio Grande Valley.
