Never on time always saying on the way the packages, also they look at u like ur asking for free stuff when u already pay for it you need to ask them twice since one will leave u there hanging to give u any anwers. They just pass the person one to another, 4 times when to waste my time and am still waiting.

i went to the dealership clark chevrolet on business 83 mcallen tx on april 22 2023, arrived at the dealership at around 3 pm to due a trade and i came across a salesman named miguel.. he prompted me very well, asking as well what i was intrested in trading my vehicle... i started to explain to him first and foremost, i want to be able to do some numbers first and then to see how much they will give me for my trade... well as we proceeded everything was going as planned, and get you not it was already going to be around 7:45 pm so the banks close at 8 pm, like i was told from mr, miguel. so i told him to go ahead and follow up with me on monday april 24th at anytime and i will be available to him at any time...monday came around and did not receive any phone call from him of from anybody else.. i took my lunch at 12:30 pm and i took of to the dealership to see if mr miguel had any info for me. as i get there i see he is with customer, so i go and aproach him and he spoke very little with me telling me there was no feedback from the bank yet!!!!! man, was i livid!!!! just from there i asked him to take me to speak to upper management. so i went into the preowned side and made contact with the sales manager named gus.. and of course what he told me was just a waste of time.. while mr miguel was still out there with the other customer instead of being there to get this took in care of, so i left back to work and returned back after work at 5:30pm and then just arriving is when mr miguel made contact with me.. he started to explain that the banks weren't accepting my application, so i proceeded to ask to speak to upper management.. we walked across the street to the main building, and he brought to me the finance director her name is leah berry and gsm hugo..so to be able to speak with both of them.. so i started to talk to them and started to explain what i could but i felt in my gut that this was going to turn very ugly.. and it sure did... everything happened so fast that my arm and my chest i started to feel chest pains of how these two human people would be so plain down and dirty of twisting things around not able to stand there ground professionally, and at the end telling me to leave the premisses or they were going to call the cops!!!! she told they have the right to refuse service!! so i turned around and i told them both thank for not helping me, maybe god has other plans for me!!! so from this experience i will like to share that nobody has to go through this humiliation!!! i will never waste my time nor my money to ever come down to this dealership!!!!!!!

First time there purchasing a part. We had the worst experience ever. There was no customer service at all. We were told our part had arrived so we went a few days later to pick it up. We get there and they tell us that it didn't come in after all. So we leave after waiting and going back n forth with the guy that called us. Ten minutes later down the street they call us back telling us that they did find the part. That it was misplaced. It was very frustrating how everything was handled. Never going back there.

First of all… the counter parts crew is amazing! Very helpful and knowledgeable. It was too bad the experience/service was brought down by the young male cashier. No greeting, no courtesy at all…. I even had to say “thank you” to him, for which he replied “mm-hmm”. Send the parts cashier to the back room to stock parts if he doesn’t want to be in the front counter interacting with customers.

Went to purchase an extended warranty, as according to Downtown Express said it was about to expire 3 yrs/36,000 miles. My vehicle only has 22,550 miles and 3 yrs comes up 2/11/22. Well got good news, when my dad and I purchased it, we also added at the time and extended warranty for 6 yrs ,60,000 miles. AWESOME, covered until 2/11/25

I went in to the dealership to get a used diesel truck. I applied for credit and they told me I didn't pass. 5 hrs after that they told me my credit passes but the monthly payment we agreed on was way higher. When they sent me to the finance office, they tried to force me to get their insurance and sell me their extended warranties no matter what. These people are scammers trying to rip you off do not come to this dealership. The experience was terrible.

The Parts department has a lack of work ethic and organizational skills. It takes them an hour to solve a problem that THEY made and then give attitude to the costumer because “it’s too early for a return of $” at 10:00am, followed by eye rolls and mutters under their breath. And someone in charge was out of reach the whole time, he was “busy”.
