Called this location at least 20 times to make an appointment to open an account and not once did they pick up. don’t waste your time calling.

My account was hacked they cancelled my card and wouldn't replace it over the phone I went in person and it's been days that I haven't gotten my card I can't get money out to pay my bills I was told I could zelle as I waited for my card and that lied I cant... I got to the door rush threw traffic to get there to take out money to pay my bills and put gas and the lady locked the door while I was walking up and wouldn't even look at me or hear me so explain while there was still people inside .... This is the worst experience Ive had with them .....I asked for express shipping on my card and still nothing ......

Very friendly, they assisted me without an appointment. But they only open an account to residents of the USA, or to someone who has a receipt (original, not a photocopy) in their name, it can be for water, electricity, telephone, TOC, alarm, etc. That is, the holder of the receipt must be the same person who will open the account.
