I gave strict instructions that we would negotiate the deal the next day and didn't want to be rushed I was hungry with my wife next to me we both said we will take care of everything tomorrow and I gave a deposit to hold the vehicle till the next day .they ran my credit and proceeded without my consent I returned the next day to confront them about their mistake and even told them I had planned on purchasing it cash so the credit didn't need to be ran I worked hard on credit recovery for them to move forward against my wishes made me go to a different dealership and it's been five business days since and they still haven't reimbursed my deposit and the manager is ignoring my calls he said he would send me the verification of my refund in a text message which I have not received and selling a pre-owned vehicle for more than a new one is robbery and should be looked into my experience is not the Greatest and I expected more considering the representation of Charlie Clark I hope he sees this and reaches out to me so I can tell him what all happened from moving into the process without my consent to trying to be pressured to finance and not being checked on about my reimbursement is not professional at all

How disappointing is my lucky bitch ?? oh that's how they are in all the agencies ? I've been struggling with the truck that I took with them and they just don't help me since you talk to customer service and they throw you to the lion what a disappointment ? it really happened to me exactly the same as in the Toyota Pharr and I had them for a good agency ??

Would give them a zero star if I could. Very bad service , the lady the receptionist literally called me SIR when clearly I'm a GIRL. It's the year 2024 , literally they either assume your gender or discriminate you based on your sexuallity. Just because I'm dressed in work clothes or just because I'm not dressed up all fancy as a girl they don't have to be rude about it. Just because they work behind the computer in nice clothing doesn't mean there's US regular people who work in labor. As per the oil change service (there's only 2 mechanics) I would have to reschedule. So much for (FREE OIL CHANGE FOR LIFE) only 5free oil changes a year....what a lie so much for a person that actually works and drives alot that you charlie clark.

One hour or even two at that point for an oil change is ridiculous if it wasn’t free I wouldn’t have come here, there’s no point of having an appointment time if being behind is always the issue.

Bought my first car here about 2 months ago and the experience was great, they talked about the nana’s warranty and all the good perks about it being a life time warranty but I was soon disappointed to find out that nana’s only pertains to the new cars. When I called and asked about gettingMaintenance they told me I wasn’t able to get any help because the car they sold me was used. I was upset on how they let the dealers lie about certain things just so they can make some cash. Ridiculous.

I love this location when I got my car tania my sales rep and the manager there did EVERYTHING possible for me to leave with a vehicle.....even with bad credit and a repo I couldn't believe I left with a vehicle even at a price I could afford, tania even helped me get insurance at a GREAT price over all very affordable payment and insurance payment she was kind and sweet ? I call her and she still answers me to help me she's amazing.Also Indra & Marco Padron are amazing Marco explained the oil change and free services I had he has very good communication called me before , during g and after and my car was out sooner then expected and he also received me with a great smile and amazing customer service and Indra was sweet and kind reaching out to me to ensure I rrecieved the quality service expected. Overall I love charlie clark nissa mcallen.
