Got the job done a few items were scratched one severely... I should have had the movers cover the items in question with blankets... The movers were friendly, they put the items where I requested. They kept moving to get the items loaded and unloaded. This was my fourth time using Chapas and will use them again if needed.

Very disappointed. They moved a pile of boxes that they were told not to touch and all the x box series games disappeared. Called the company and didn't do anything about it. No reimbursement no nothing. Said to call the cops and they would talk to them but nothing they can do. Were are their business ethics. Regretfully, they got a nice tip.

Everybody has special furniture and/or even antiques that's very meaningful to one's family. When moving to one place to another, you want to make sure that your items are handled with care and concern....well let me personally tell you...Chapa's Moving Service are the ones you need! They are very dedicated and determined to make sure your items are picked up, handled and delivered with the most professional customer service possible! From personal experience, they handled our furniture with awesome service and the employees were very friendly and got the job done! I highly recommend Chapa's Moving Service!

These guys were great. They worked fast and efficiently. Super nice and funny too. They were patient with me. I had gotten off work at 8am the day of the move and I was super tired. It was my second time using Chapa's and I'd use them time and time again. 10/10 recommend
