The best shop in the whole world I have always had the best experience with them. Kasandra is so nice respectful and always on top of her duties also Ricardo the adjuster always keeping up with me and all the staff at Carstar Colission are the best staff ever. Hav always done the best job possible on there hands alll my cars are repaired by them. Totally recommend them to anyone looking for a body shop.

Took vehicle in for simple bumper change. Got it back more than a week later with a chinese non original equipment bumper covered with huge amounts of armor all to cover the dryness thats obvious with this new cheap bumpe. They have wrong description part on invoice, front trim on bumper has 3 big scratches that werent there before, and top it off, fog lights dont work. I had to pay uber driver 2 times for nothing because i had to leave it again for them to check lights and look at scratches that werent there.

I was extremely happy with the way my daughter's Toyota Highlander came out after Car Star McAllen fixed a side swipe from when she was at college in Alabama. I knew that the owner Joe Cantu would do a great job on it, so I had to wait to have the body work done when she was home for Christmas break. I was very pleased with the work, and how you couldn't tell it had ever been in a wreck. And the staff was so very professional. I tell my friends that ask me where to take their vehicles to have body work done, and I immediately tell them to take it to Car Star.
