Our experience was horrible. The issues of our car were not resolved, the noise it has been making is still there and getting louder. When I received my vehicle back it was completely dirty. I did not take it dirty it had just been washed detailed and clean and the outside looked horrible. Clumps of dirt stuck to the door. We went back today and the head foreman mechanic was not there so he could not help. At this point we are looking into just taking back the vehicle completely. We are paying too much money to continue to have the same issues over and over. It has been an inconvenience to us especially since we are not from the area.

We went for our yearly inspection today and were done in 15 minutes, great customer service. There are benches outside to sit and wait, and there is also an area inside with chairs and tables, coffee, water and a vending machine, where you can wait. Oil changes are also super fast, usually 15 to 30 minutes, with a detailed invoice.

I have to leave a lower review than I'd like, it's my 2nd time purchasing a vehicle from here. The paperwork took almost 5 hours to get correct. It should have been quicker, but they got the paperwork incorrect 3 times before finally being able to sign everything. Now let's get to the vehicle portion first time around when I purchased my first vehicle, there was something wrong with the vehicle so I got a rental and it was fine, I understand sometimes things happen to the vehicles. Now this time I special ordered my vehicle brand new and after 5 hours of paperwork I'm unable to drive the vehicle off the lot due to an error with the vehicle brand new and they didn't check it prior even though the vehicle was there for over a day already. Very disappointing after 5 hours of waiting, running numbers, and signing papers I'm unable to drive my new vehicle. And I have to leave and come back another day until the issues resolved.

Service was excellent. I had been eyeing a dodge challenger for a month. When I came in, the sales representative was friendly and attentive. Finance department was quick, smooth, and polite. I drove out the lot content and accomplished.

I recently had a recall on my vehicle so I made an appointment online at their website (so easy). I went in at the designated appointment time and was greeted very professionally and with kindness. They informed me that they would have to order the parts (NOT an issue at all) and was told it would take a little while to receive the parts (again, NOT an issue). The parts came in rather quickly, about 1-1/2 to 2 weeks. When the parts were received, they called me to set up another appointment. Again, I went in at the designated appointment time and was greeted with kindness and professionalism. The service advisor, Letty, that originally helped me, did so again. Letty, is the sweetest!!! I chose to wait for my vehicle so she escorted me to the waiting area. She told me that it would take anywhere from 1 hour to 1-1/2 hours. Lo and behold!!! It was exactly 1-1/2 hours which I didn't mind at all and seemed to not be that long as I brought my crochet with me and visited with another lady that was waiting for her vehicle to be serviced. I highly recommend Burns Motors!!! What I love about them is that they are owned and operated by a Christian family. My father-in-law worked for them back in the day and loved the Burns family.

Big dealership but it is managed well compared to other dealerships I purchased in the past. Great service, fast, good communication throughout the process, clean establishment, people are always willing to help. Make sure you know your numbers before you step in (like anywhere else). Even though I got my car over one year ago, I would like to thank Chris, the salesman, for his time and patience with me.

So my wife and I went in there for an appraisal and Jesus Meza did not disappoint. The staff gave us an awesome trade deal and helped us get a beautiful 2023 Last Call Edition Charger. I have used Burns Motors for my last several vehicles and will keep returning as long as I can. Thank you Jesus for the great help and better yet, the great customer service.

Please just avoid this mess. this place is so pathetically laughable it is honestly quite sad that such a "place of business" is still licensed. Their receptionists are kept completely out of the loop, in that one relayed the hours they were open. we arrived two or three hours ahead of this, shortly after id confirmed on the phone the availability, to find the "workers" just taking the day off early because "they'd only had a few cars" and that "sometimes they just wrap up early" this is something to be expected among high schoolers, but the fact that this is actually considered a "certified" inspection service" when so clearly there is total lack of professionalism and just an overwhelming lack of any competence or courtesy. DO NOT put yourself through the hassle and headache of this madhouse. ps: I either hope they get some new(or just legitimate) management or someone comes and puts some tags on all these red flags.

The Manager (Pierre Thomas) for the Burns Motor dealership was attentive and answered all our questions. He provided us with all the necessary information to help the purchase of the vehicle go smoothly. The sales representative was also very helpful when we took ownership of the vehicle.
