Miguel sent me photos of the saxophone,we made a deal over the phone and some emails paid for the saxophone,and it arrived today in australia with UPS....gee i was wrapped to find that miguel had packaged it just the way i wanted and it arrived here pronto....!thank miguel,will be a pleasure to do more business in the future...cheers,philip

Extraordinary customer service! They answer all your questions and concerns in a very time manner. They take their time to make sure you're getting exactly what you want. Packaging was excellent. They go above and beyond for their customers! I'll definitely recommend this place.
