I ordered twice online to go pick up at store and the service was horrible! Both orders were canceled and no email or text message were sent to inform me. I had to go all the way to the store for them to tell me in person. That’s ridiculous! And very bad inconvenience! The second time I ordered i went to store for pick up and when i asked the cashier he’s like, “OH THE ORDER IS CANCELED, WE COULDN’T FIND THE ITEM! i told them i didn’t get an email or anything and he's like OH WELL, we didn’t find it! No apologies or anything.

I don't know why but every time I go into this store the employees behind the register are always rude and give me ugly looks, not welcoming at all. If u ask them a question they seem bothered by u asking. Mostly the employees u can tell are managers. I'm just gonna avoid coming to this store and buy stuff I want online instead.

Amazing customer service they always got some sort of promotion or special going on.you can try on clothes as well in the fitting room. And they always have new products. The variety in loungefly back packs is phenomenal!! They have a different style for everyone. Highly recommend checking them out even if to window shop. You'll probably walk out with at least a pin! Very cute store.

Horrible service, online ordering from here is the worst by far ... company is overpriced on all its items as well. If you are going try to buy something of any sorts, look at it or get a feel for it in person and order online. Guaranteed you will pay 1/3 of the items price compared to this store. Had never bought from this place and now I never will.
