Well, it turns out that I asked them to simply change the rear brake pads on my car, and according to them they quoted me more than 330 dollars, because I didn't end up changing them in another workshop, for 115 dollars, I understand that it is a business, but I think that They abuse, in PRICES, but in short, everyone pays what they can, or what they allow themselves to be charged.

Excellent service that same day I arrived to ask, they attended to me and I left in 1 hour and 1/2 with four tires and the spare, only since I arrived with a Mexican car the device that does the alignment couldn't, but I really liked how much they did the job very quickly

Went there for the first time. Got a tune up. First thing I noticed was the automotive garage was very clean and organized. Waiting was room was spacious,, clean along with the bathrooms. Yuen, the employee that processed my work order was very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Even the mechanic that did the work was courteous and told me “thank you.” Wait time wasn’t bad for two services and prices were more reasonable than the local Toyota dealership. Will definitely take my vehicle there more often.

$90dlls for a regular oil change for a Nissan versa 2011.That is unacceptable.It used to be $38 to $48dlls

I have taken my vehicles here a couple times due to it being close to job. But everytime I go something always happens...no longer taking my sentra due to them losing a lug nut and causing me to change the studs on wheel because lug nut could not be removed. I bought a battery there for my other vehicle and come time to change it, they would not honor warranty due to them not having the invoice part in their system when clearly it showed I purchased Battery there. I will continue taking my business at hacienda Ford quick lane, awesome customer service and the mechanics a tally look like they care about the customers vehicles unlike at boggus quick lane.

Should’ve listened to the reviews, they will rob your money. Terrible job mechanic cracked my dashboard and did not properly reinstall my dashboard A/C vents correctly as you can see the poor job as there is a big gap I can stick my finger in. Paid more for the labor than for the part honestly as shown in the picture. They were also charging another $1k for a part they did not have and a job that wasn’t completed. OVER $2k for an a/c system to work. I had a flat tire to the rim the AUDACITY these people had to ONLY PUT AIR IN MY TIRE only to keep driving with a flat it’s pathetic work.

I've been going to Quick Lane since purchasing my truck in. 2018. I've been loyal but in the past year the service has been getting worse and worse and todays service was absolutely the worst ever. They have hiked the prices form $54 to now $91 which is ridiculous. They have removed the prices from the wall and you now only find out the prices when you pay. You pay almost double the price for half the service. I was flat out told that they wouldn't rotate my tires because per the tech it would take too long as it had swollen lug nuts. Ford knows they have a lug nut issue and this quick lane has already removed one with their tool. The tech in this case just didn't want to do the work as per what he said it would take too long. This location is in it for the money not customer service. No other fluids were topped off besides the oil change, the tag inside was written out in pen which will eventually fade. I would not recommend this quick lane to anyone. Bad service Lazy techs Too expensive Double the price and half the service compared to jiffy, Walmart, Take 5 oil change,

I just went in for a state inspection. I got the early there was no one ahead of me It was super quick I was done in 15 minutes and out the door.

I had an issue with my car due to my own stupidity and thought for sure my vehicle was done for, it was making all kinds of noise and wouldn't drive and ended dying in their parking lot on a Sunday. I came in the next day and they got my car in right away and less than an hour later it was fixed and working fine and I was on my way. I didn't have to pay a small fortune either and the employee that helped me was really nice

Avoid this place at all cost. They are only interested in over charging and don’t stand by their work. I took my vehicle in for squeaky brakes and they worked on it for 3 hours. Within 1 day the squeaking noise returned. I called them and they said my brake pads were broken and they would charge me again. My brake pads weren’t broken before I dropped off the car and now mysteriously they are broken. The manager was rude and not willing to work with me on another 250 dollar charge. They didn’t stand by their work and I still have the squeaking. Also, I had the pads checked out and they were not broken. This place did awful work and I’ll never take my vehicles there again.
