We bought a 2023 F 150 from Boggus Ford in February. The truck that we wanted had been set aside for the rental fleet. After some negotiations it was released to the sales fleet for us. And we feel like we got a good deal on our trade in and on the the new one. I highly recommend this dealership.

nightmare of an experience. always giving you the runaround or an excuse as to why they cant service your vehicle. all they care about is making a sale. once theyve sold you the car all the problems are on your hands and they want no part of it. sales man Esteban isnt even a sales man anymore so i cant even ask my original sales man questions about my vehicle. NEVER BUYING HERE AGAIN!

A Great Dealership with excellent customer care Jesus "Chuy" Briseno is the salesman you need to see. He is patient and does not pressure you. Mr. Rick Saldivar is a gentleman and a great person to work with. Even my experience with finance was very organized and straightforward. Salesmen are total pricks. Assholes. Thinking they are better than any customer who shows up. They were super rude to my husband. Telling him he can't afford a vehicle he was trying to sell. I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. GO TO SPIKES IN MISSION 100% BETTER.

Well I contacted Boggus Ford to let them know about several issues they created when they worked on my 2013 F-150 STX - a wrench icon that was never there before they worked on it, an icon about skid assist also not there and my cruise control never worked after they had it. Now, every time I hit a speed bump the truck starts to sputter and will not accelerate. I have to stop, turn off the truck and restart it. The dealership contacted me one time to which I replied and never heard from them again. I'm going to file a small claims lawsuit for the repairs as soon as I get an estimate from another dealer. DO NOT EVER USE THIS DEALERSHIP

Took in my car to get fixed due to a tire pressure sensor fault , they told me they were gonna change it , they took off the message and the next day same thing but on the rear driver tire, so basically all they did was rotate the tires and not change out the sensor and thought I wouldn't notice , basically thinking I'm some kind of idiot . Horrible customer service the manager doesn't speak to you directly and leaves you talking to yourself , I do not recommend going here! That's why everyone always refers to go to haciendaUpdate : went back again for the "sensor issue" came to pick it up 3 out of the 4 wheels were scraped and basically scratched to where the lip of the wheel is cracked

Went in to the used car department because they reached out offering to buy my car. While the offer made was way less than favorable, the unprofessionalism turned me off even more. No one introduced themselves to me when I walked in. There was no professionalism in the manner of speaking I heard or was approached with. If the short, stalky guy was Boris Diaz, he could have fooled me because he didn't bother to introduce himself to me when he showed me the offer. And frankly, came across as if he didn't care to do business with me. It felt as if there's a quota to be made and my car was part of it. Additionally, I received 3 different text messages which I did not respond to. First, because the first two didn't tell me who was reaching out and from where. And the third one, while it mentioned the name of the dealership, they didn't bother to identify themselves. I find this to be very unprofessional and not a way to do business. If I wanted to buy from Boggus the interaction I had today at the used car location would have completely deterred me from buying from Boggus. Furthermore, I had two prayer cards from two funerals, as well as 2 business cards under the radio console. I found them on the floor on the driver's side. Was is it too much for the guy who looked at my car to pick them up? They should not have been touched to begin with! It's so disrespectful!! There is absolutely nothing in that section that adds value to my car for resale purposes. Nothing! 1000% turned off.
