Great customer service. Friendly staff. They go above and beyond from planning tint and wrap to little things. I forgot my remotes at Tesla and they brought back for me Anyhow can’t say enough about that side. Quality of work and timelines were great.

They did a great job helping me as soon as I walked through the door. They guided me and helped me choose what percentage I wanted and what would be best for the look I wanted. I highly recommend getting your tint and any other services with them. Very happy with the results! Before and after pics with 20% tint.

Alrighty people, here's my experience with Black Diamond. They are very professional and also helpful too. Thru no fault of my own or Black Diamond, my drivers side tint had 2 line marks in it, resulting in the tint being removed and replaced on that one window. Though the scheduling took a couple of days to match up with mine, they fixed the issue for me. This business is very family oriented and friendly. I'd recommend this place to anyone in the area or beyond... as I am currently visiting from Florida at the time of posting my review.

Very happy with the work provided by Black Diamond! I especially appreciated the honesty when asking questions regarding my selections, most places are out to make money and upsell you, but here Isabelle was very honest and transparent with what I actually NEEDED. Not many places like that anymore. Got my Mercedes and Ford truck worked on and both had quality work! Highly recommend their product and services?

Don't even try to call this place for a quote. Will never get a response back even after multiple attempts. They will sometimes pick up the phone and you will be confused if you called the right place because they don't even introduce their business name once they pick up.Response back- how would it be beyond my budget if I didn't even get the quote in the first place??? ?Not a way to handle potential clientele never responding back and then claiming that the client is lying

Brought my c7 corvette for paint protection film, ceramic coating , paint correction and it came out perfect . Excellent customer service , they went above and beyond with their service. Hard to find a good shop that treats your car well . This place def does . Highly recommend, will come back for more services on my other vehicle.Update for 2/15, brought my second vehicle to them , spectacular service again , vehicle came out looking awesome .
