I take my Chewy here and they are very nice and friendly, very organized and their prices are the best prices in RGV! I seriously recommend you taking your pooch here they are very trustworthy unlike other pet salons.

Took our Golden Doodle in for a grooming. He looks like a million bucks after picking him up. Great service and you can tell they really love dogs not just in it to make a buck.

Great price, great service and they finished with our dog fairly fast that it made my wife stop shopping to go pick her up. That deserves 6 stars in my book.

Took my Labrador for a bath, deshedding and nail trim, and I’m very disappointed. First, as soon as you enter the place, it smells like urine. Not a good start. Second, when I went to pick up my dog, he looked terrified. At other salons, he gets scared when he first goes, but he’s always happy when I pick him up. Not this time. Third, he was still shedding a lot. The lady told me I have to keep taking him back to continue the deshedding and it will lessen over time, but he always gets bathed, deshedded and nails trim once a month. I’ve taken him to other salons, and they do a wonderful job deshedding my lab. Fourth, as I’m driving off, I smell a wet dog smell. I leaned in to smell my lab, and he still smells bad, and when I get home, my lab gets off the car, and there is fur all over the seat. I brought him inside, and brushed him for a few seconds, and so much fur came off (pictured). Never again will I bring my boy here. It was not a good place.

My only concern with leaving a 5-star review is it will be harder to get my dog an appointment as Best in Show already books up fast- and for good reason. They take great care of the dogs in their care, communicate clearly and do fantastic work. Hands down the best pet grooming spot in the RGV.
