I had a fantastic experience with this Best buy today, I needed a last minute charger for my computer, I couldn't find a replacement anywhere Target, Walmart and I needed it today. Jade an employee there helped me look for it, and she had a great attitude. She personally helped look for it tried out all the Nibs and even found me a great deal. Overall 10/10 experience

They have a huge variety of everything you expect at a Best Buy and more! The only complaint is there wasn't a single employee that gave a damn about the customers. Nobody would offer help, and when I asked for help, they seemed bothered.

Did an in-store Pick up for a razor gaming headset today I ordered online. I'm not sure why or what happened to a older woman named "Monica" working at pick up but she was very very unprofessional. Spoke to me with a piss poor attitude and then when she asked to scan my barcode in my email. She got upset I didn't zoom in enough so she grabbed my phone without consent in a very disrespectful way like she was having a shii day and took it out on me. Such an unfortunate interaction because this is the only best buy I go too but being treated like dogshii especially as a paying customer really pressed my buttons today and to top it off a manager was right next to her the whole time didn't do a damn thing about it because they're "friends"
