Very disappointing service. They gave me one price and changed it the next day without telling me, they explained that the parts prices changed. They’re slow and don’t value the customer’s time. Definitely not what I expected from BMW service

I’ve got to say best experience ever. Eddie was the upmost respectful professional. Helped me find the right fit for my old man. Mario assisted in securing the best rate and Luis made the transaction easy and painless. BMW needs to make a Performance pick up truck and I’d come get it!

I usually go to Houston or San Antonio when making expensive purchases but this time I didn’t & paid a price: make sure to check the car yourself good with your own eyes.. I purchased a “brand new car” towards the end they mentioned to me something was broken they said they would fix it but the fact that they didn’t catch it before I saw the car is typical valley.. never recommending them or going back..goo to San Antonio or Houston, Corpus to be treated w respect for high valued purchases: To each their own experiences🚙

Said it was going to take 2 weeks and only took one. I’m not sure if that’s a plus but having my car back a week earlier than expected is always good. They are friendly. Need more employees

I dropped off my BMW on 10/23 for a transmission issue, and it’s now 11/16 — my car has not even been touched. Not diagnosed. Not inspected. Nothing.
I live an hour away and have an hour-long commute to school everyday, so not having a car has been extremely difficult. My bmw is my only vehicle, and they still couldn’t put me a loaner. I spent about two weeks without a car until they put me in a basic rental.
I only get information on my vehicle when I call, and even then, it’s vague. The communication is TERRIBLE, the organization is nonexistent, and the lack of urgency is honestly EMBARRASSING for a dealership that claims to have “expert” technicians. Letting a customer’s car sit for weeks without even looking at it is unacceptable.
The service department is unprofessional, unreliable, and will leave you stranded without a second thought. I do not feel valued as a customer whatsoever. Do better!!!! So disappointing!!!
