Drove into the ATM & put my debit card into machine then there was a notification on the screen that it was not able to return my card due to a malfunction. This is ridiculous! I use my card for my livelihood. What if this happens when I’m out of town? I’m considering changing banks?

Drive thru service not available. When going inside, waited over 30 mins in line to do a simple withdrawal. Bank seems to be poorly managed and understaffed.

This bank of America has multiple ATMs available so usually the waiting is not long. It's convenient for me to use the the ATM so having multiple ATMs is a good factor for me . Parking is a challenge if you want to use the walk up ATM in front of the bank.
