The worst experience of my life!!?
Don't come here, they show you creams, they wrap you up, they tell you a lot of lies!!?
They tell you many things as long as you buy from them, they are scammers!! Never ever ??♀️ give them your card, they swipe it and they don't give you a physical receipt so you don't see how much you are spending!! much less give them your I.D. They use it against you!!??♀️
They do not accept returns, only exchanges!! But as long as you buy from them, they deceive you by saying that if their products don't work you can return them in 30 days!! It's a total lie! You only have 14 days to return them and as long as they are not opened!!?
But they still don't give you your money back, in the end they keep the money and with all the products that you go and return they are ?% SCAMMERS AND LIARS!!
They should close this store!! Zero customer service!! And if I give a star it is only to be able to give my opinion!!?

NEGATIVE 0 of stars if I could!!!! The salespeople are incredibly persistent dragging you into the store with demonstrations that probably have different products than what they're trying to sell you (& probably not even certified and recommended by dermatologists). They offer you products that are in the hundreds of dollars and when you say that you don't have enough funds to purchase their OVERPRICED products, they negotiate a price down that's about 70% lower and they make the sale to you. Not to mention they even make fun of you and make you feel bad for not "properly" taking care of your skin & wasting money at other stores for skin care that "does not work" and not with them, trying to act like skin specialists??& to add ? they take advantage and drag elders for their sales, I was able witnessed some when I was there. Glad I didn't purchase their products. They pressure you to buy from them without even considering what you are going through (financially). They don't give a damn if you're on a budget or don't have money at all, they just care to make their sales of the day. It's so upsetting how they have not closed that store and make good use of that space for others good stores to come, instead they're taking up space scamming people everyday!!??↔️ HIGHLY RECOMMEND to STAY AWAYYYYYY❌ and ignore the sellers or if anyone that gets dragged by these scammers say "I don't want & need the product, thank you, goodbye" ?

No stars if I could. The lady practically dragged me into the store when she gave me a free sample. As she was charging me she placed her card on the credit card reader so that I could not see the price of what she was charging me. I should have placed a complaint against her for doing this. It was a young tall lady with long black hair. Please avoid this store at all costs. You can find way way way better products elsewhere and at a better price. I should report this place for fraud.

I was just walking by and was grabbed by one of their sellers who offered a sample of some cream, by the time I realized I was sitting down and she was putting different creams on my arm, hands and face oil, also with my son showing him about an acne cleanser. The prices were outrageous, I explained I couldn't get any of their products because I was out of work and on a budget, they completely ignored what I was saying convincing my child and ready to charge me. They're very pushy and they refuse to let you walk out without charging your card. They never mentioned that there were no returns ? because they only have a sign by the register, I tried to return the items because I had spend about $250.00 and for me this amount was a lot considering that I had bills to pay, when I went back I was told they don't do refunds only credit for any other product, I'm very disappointed since I was almost obligated to make the purchase ?. Don't let them get you inside their locations, you will end up buying products you might be able to find on Amazon or other places at a better price. I had not even heard about their products and for sure I'll never buy anything from them ever again. ?

Staff is unknowable about skin care. Unhygienic practice. Report made to BB with no avail, and no response from the company. Salesman is highly scamming. This place should be closed down. Placed one star to post otherwise can’t do a google review for others to see and stay away…

Terrible business. Don’t give them a dime. Purchased something, allowed me to return and is now refusing to return my money. Management no where to be found, rude customer service, and straight stealing from customers. Stay for away from this scam of a business.

Worst experience I've ever had at a store have never felt more pressure and uncomfortable in a shopping experience (I have severe anxiety) I was offered multiple products and upon refusal MULTIPLE TIMES I was still pressured to provide a card once he had my card he proceeded to charge the products while I told him I wanted the purchase canceled then was told there was nothing they could do since they don't do refunds. I might not get the refund but I hope this helps someone else not lose money and get taken advantage of.

the store associates are uneducated about their products (and skincare in general) and only care to sell to you to make a profit. one of the employees tried to tell me that theit LACTIC ACID product would protect my skin from the sun when in reality lactic acid should not be worn under the sun and only an SPF can protect you. Long story short do not come here if you are not informed about skincare because they will try to sell you anything they can. you can get better and less expensive products at CVS. They tried to sell me a product for 4x its price at the end when I did not want to buy anything the lady was trying to sell me the product for 1/4 of the price. WHAT A JOKE!

I have nothing to say about the product but about the employees it is quite the opposite. My 16 year old son went to the Plaza Mall and there the vendors stopped him and wrapped him and sold him merchandise for more than 2,000 Two Thousand Dollars and how much I immediately contacted with them when I saw what my son had bought with a credit card that I lent him mine to get gas and the morning before he said that they can't make a refund and my anger is how they are going to sell all that amount of money to a minor and with a card that is not in their name, all they want to do is sell, they are scammers.
