The agent "Jim" white guy did absolutely nothing really out of his way to help us. Towards the end he tried showing us our paperwork and had spelled our last name Martinez. Martinez? we are way different than Martinez apparently all Mexicans are the same to this Mayo suit who works for this place, he is just blah boring no personality, didn't make us feel welcome, didn't offer any extra help or Even spell our name right the 2nd or 3rd time he got it wrong and didn't even seem like he wanted to be there. Do not recommend 0 out of 10

Abby has been my CPA now for the last several years. She immediately recognized several issues with my prior returns . She took the time to explain the errors and then made them all right. In subsequent years she is always thorough in preparing my returns and in making suggestions for ways I can save money. There is no doubt that she provides honest, reliable service.

Abby is an incredibly thorough CPA. She looks at the big picture for both personal and business returns. She took the initiative to review my past returns and then refiled and I got money back! She also identified ways to minimize my personal and business tax liabilities going forward. She is the best CPA I have ever worked with. I am a customer for life!
