Bad service horrible communication was told my product was about 30 minutes from my house it still haven't arrived it's been 3 hours still haven't received it go to rent a center if you actually want to recive your items I don't recommend Aaron's they just take your money and never showed up.since Friday they charge me and it's late Monday and still not here my washer broke and I had to. Rent from Aaron's They lie they would bring it faster and no they haven't last time I'm going with them if I would've saw there reviews I wouldn't gone to them but I really was in need of the washer bad service horrible

Terrible Customer Service! They aren't even trying to sell you anything. They give you a million obstacles you have to jump before even talking to you about the products they are selling. I'm not worried about my address on my ID. why are we talking about this? I'm not worried about applications until i find something that i like FIRST! I have money. I have great credit. I'm not worried about anything. why do ya'll make it difficult to want to buy from Aarons? Guess whos gonna end up getting closed down next? smh Also, you don't ask people when they get paid. their response was, "We always ask that question" well its RUDE and none of your business and has nothing to do with getting approved. The correct question is, "HOW would you like to set up your payments? Biweekly or Monthly?" Terrible sales reps. Terrible Manager.

Called and asked about a lawn tractor and they said they might have one. When I got there I applied than the Employee named Xavier started his nonsense to far and might have to transfer me to Edinburg location when I explained that didn't want to go that way because already had a week with them waiting on a delivery that never got there. So I he started rambling that was to far when I explained they going on a vehicle not foot and started complaining that needed an approval from general manager when he had other customers info where I could see and some said Edinburg, Alamo way farther than where I lived hate that employees no longer want to work and make excuses to pass the work around to others. Why does ez furniture you apply in the morning and by the afternoon I had my lawnmower thank u for helping me see that Aaron's is no longer same company from back in the day when I got my refrigerator and tv out. Thank you from making a huge mistake so now I'm letting all the people I know to go to Ez Furniture instead.

Not helpful at all , was trying to get a couch with a down payment of $500 for a living room and they still wouldn’t work with me on payments . Good for me anyways got a better deal at Ez furniture!!!

I've been a Arrons customer for over 5 years. I've purchased many items for long term policy with interest fees. I've recently experience a unexpected medical expense in which I called the McAllen location and spoke with office manager Gilbert. As a resposable client I explained to him I was not able to pay my account for that pay period and for next pay period I would pay my regular payment $147 because I pay $147 every 2 weeks. This morning I wake up to a transaction of $287.. from my bank. I don't understand the lack of communication with the office manager Gilbert he is so rude and unprofessional on how he speaks to his costumers. I spoke to him and his response is sorry but there's nothing I can do.. and that's all he can say very rude. I called Arrons coprorate and filed a complaint on management I am transferring my account to another location. I am sending a letter of complain to main office and corporate. I honestly think management should meet there advertising on understanding their costumers financial situation. Especially when with loyal customers that have a great payment history.

Very poor service, from the moment we walked in nobody greeted us, nobody asked if we needed help, at counter there was a girl employee and two males employee just having a conversation and laughing. We wanted to purchase an entertainment wall, but got only rude service... We left disappointed.. we got a better deal at rent a center

Went in to get a new sectional for the family and they treated me with great respect and set me up for delivery right away.It was very clean inside and I will definitely return for more items in the future!!!!
