I don’t think I’ve ever sweated the way i sweat when i’m in there! The rounds are really effective and will have you sleeping like a baby. I definitely see some improvement in my overall fitness!

I called to get pricings to see if I would be able to afford it monthly before wanting to go in and try a free class. person on the phone had No customer service skills, he questioned if I tried their free class and I said no, so he automatically assumed I knew nothing about their business and what they have to offer when I did my research prior. the man on the phone clearly saying " so you don't know what we are about and what we have to offer?" Then proceeded to just throw a price at me and hung up the phone. big red flag for me and completely discouraged me from even wanted to walk in and try out the gym with employees like this. yeah no thanks.

I have been going to 9rounds for almost a year now and I absolutely LOVE the atmosphere, the workouts, and the staff! Professional, attentive, and a killer workout every time. It doesn’t get better than that. Sign up! You will not regret it for a second. It’s my second home at this point.

As a Trainer of 8 years it takes a lot to get my heart rate up, and this workout kicked my butt in the best and funnest way possible! I not only get the pleasure of working here now, but it seriously will help you meet any health goal you may have. Everyone here, the members, fellow Trainers and the owner are incredibly nice, welcoming and motivating! It's a great place to get your sweat on in the RGV.

The trainers are very positive, motivating, and provide great advice on how to correctly perform the exercises. They are also very good at making sure the client is not over or under exerting themselves and are quick to modify the exercises or increase them if the client needs a challenge.

Truly recommend this gym! I had been going to another gym for 3 months now and felt sore the first time then I didn’t feel much of a change in rhythm. I’m on my second day and feel more worked out than at the gym I was attending. Glad I decided to change to 9round gym!

This place goes above and beyond from your ordinary "gym" Signed up back in November and i'm a couple months shy from finishing up my first year! My husband loves it just as much! The best group of trainers modify workouts for all individuals. The guys can be a little more tough but the girls will give you a run for your money my husband has literally been seen struggling to get up after a workout with Ashley and Bethany!! Our second family. If you haven't tried it out, you should stop by. 30 mins have never felt so long and refreshing!!

The trainers and workouts are great but these ppl will lock you in for 6 months and then auto renew your contract for another 6 months without letting you know. You cannot cancel at anytime unless you do month to month and even then these people are so hard to get ahold of. The trainers are trainers and should not be in charge of explaining the contracts, they are too obsessed with getting another person in to add to their pay check then they are to explain to you how their contract works. If I would’ve known it auto renewed and I couldn’t cancel at any time I would’ve changed my mind. They also don’t have very friendly times to attend. They make you pay 100 per month for a few bags and some gloves you’re better off buying that and working out at home.

Best Gym in town! Forever great full for the kind staff who focus on teaching skill and proper execution of movements. Been a member for 2 years at this point and I have lost 25 pounds! So happy to call this my home gym
