Terrible terrible experience with a girl named Kortni!!! I give this individual one star for her lack of care. I have a unit listed for sale as soon as she found out who I was she rudely hung up the phone. Then the Company calls me up right after I get off the phone and they act like they never called me back. The lack of care from this individual named Kortni really shows how much she really cares about people. I urge anybody that chooses to buy from this dealership to beware. They act like they care because they want to make the sale, but when it comes to helping you afterwards or with anything else in general, there’s no care at all.. Kortni Should not be employed with this company or anywhere when it comes to customer service! Terrible experience

We dropped off our motor home over a month ago when service agent Dee said that the issues would be corrected within 2 weeks knowing that i needed it back asap. We have a warranty.. it's now a month and a half later to be told they have tech issues and they don't know when it would be completed and that they are backlogged. Never once was were we told upfront that the tech there didn't have the experience, which quit whw they hired a guy with experience. Now we continue to wait and supposedly in rotation of service. Dee now sends us to her manager that says she's going to get with the tech to re diagnose the issue. Would not recommend the service department. It's a joke.
For it to sit there over a month and nothing done except new keys after your tech said that all cylinders had to be replaced is a joke. I have spoken with the manager and even called Josh to let him know how things were handled with no return call. Your service reps should tell someone two weeks knowing that's a lie. I called weekly for updates and all I got was our new tech had to take emergency leave and we don't have a date for you. If you believe that is good customer service, your insane. There's a reason why you can't keep techs.

Took my RV for some work to be done and John did a great job keeping us in the loop of all that he found that needed to be fixed. We are very pleased, great new management as well.

Would give 0 stars. I put $ 500 deposit on an RV. The sale didn't happen because of financing. THEY KEPT MY $500 DEPOSIT. Rip off RV. Being dodged for over 4 months .

Howdy RV in Mathis had my 5th wheel for a little over three months and I finally took it back with no repairs completed. They damaged it when they moved it. I could not get answers as to when they would make the repairs. Those I dealt with are unfriendly and rude. Several people warned me about them, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and was very sorry I did. I do not recommend Howdy.

Lacks customer service quality.It’s been two weeks since I asked about my plates and I’ve not been answered. Update, they told me they misplaced my plates and told me to wait until they order them again. Took 2 months for a reply.

Just trash, cannot believe the way we were treated after buying a $110,000 POS toy hauler from Howdy. I was even friends with the owner and was blocked because he sold a lemon with no pdi done, the technician that did our walk through told us he only was able to spend 40 minutes looking it over. So when we get stranded in Austin with no lp and NO BATTERY! Yeah we were somewhat frustrated ? ? ?. All that to be said Troy (owner) blocked us.

Saw a Facebook ad and went to check out RV at their Aransas Pass store. Kristen was a great person and showed us just the 1 30' pull behind that we went to see. It was our price point so we left what she said was a fully refundable deposit. They don't have very good office or finance hours for those of us who work full time and need to go by after work. To facilitate this deal and sign all documents my husband and I both had to take time off work for walk through. Before final signing we were both turned off by Eric the manager and ready to walk away, Kristen realized this and softened the mood. Eric added couple items my husband asked about and we took delivery of camper 2 days later after items were installed. That day we also had to leave work early to facilitate the pick up and one last walk through. Technician advised us they put 4 new tires on it and replaced the 2 butane tanks. They also replaced 1 door lock due to broken key. It had rained a lot while we we shopping and after we took delivery, we were very pleased with no leaks on a used unit. My chief complaint is when I've had a question the lack of return texts and calls. That part of their customer service needs improvement. Overall I feel like we got a fair deal on a well maintained unit.

I called Howdy, in Mathis to see if someone could tell me why my refrigerator suddenly stopped working in our 390ds. I was told it was probably a bad board. I would need to bring it in, or I could call Samsung, and that they couldn’t go “ back and forth” over the phone about it.I went on Facebook and found out in less than a minute it could be the GFI switch in the master bath had tripped, and it was. Why couldn’t they tell me that? If they didn’t know this, they should have. It’s like they go out of their way not to help you. I wouldn’t recommend Howdy RV nor would I recommend for anyone looking for an RV to buy one of these overpriced pieces of junk. We have had numerous problems with ours in the seven months we’ve owned it. I can’t wait to hear their snarky rebuttal because here the customer is never right.

I can't say how much I appreciate this place, I was driving through to Alice and had a blow out on my boat. The 2 guys that I didn't get there names but came out on there lunch break and change the tire for me. And they even put more air into my spare tire.If I ever need rv repairs, I'm coming here.Thanks again. And I made to Alice!! Thank again for the help.

Bought a brand new Ultra light. Hot water heater went out 2 days after we set the RV up. I notified the manager at the time and the service manager and had to call back to get an answer, Howdy called a mobile repair guy out and let me pay the bill that has not been paid back. A new hot water heater was sent to repair guy and it also went out within 2 weeks, Howdy did pay for this attempt to fix the problem. I sent an email to the manager for him to refund me the initial payment I made on the call out. I didn't get any response so I called and found out that the manager and service manager was replaced? The new manager voiced his concern but after that would not answer any calls. The new service manager has made it clear that this issue is between myself and Keystone? She made the statement that she has been doing this for a long time and that because my unwillingness to help by going directly to Keystone was unacceptable and when I called BS she made the statement that I cussed at her and hung up! My advice is if you have a choice maybe look elsewhere!!!!!!!! Maybe if you're going to buy one there anyway make them write in writing because their word is BS!
