THE BEST JERKY YOU WILL EVER FIND!! Absolutely the best of the best! Homer is a great guy. Always a pleasure to see him and talk with him. We visit at least three times a month for jerky. It’s honestly addicting! So good. Give it a try you’ll love every piece of it !

My husband and I have been taking our meat for processing in Corpus Christi, then we stumbled upon homers and gave them a try, we are both very pleased with everything. The sausage was awesome also! We will continue to take our animals there and recommend you give it a try
