What can I say about a storage unit? It's secure, fairly well maintained, and clean. Depending on the section you're in, there's at least 2 concrete washdown pads. Hoses may not always be in the best of shape, but that's not on the owner. He buys quality hoses, people just don't take good care of them. Stalls have concrete pafs, a light bulb on a timer, and one pair of ac outlets. Owner does answer the phone when called and any problems are addressed promptly.
