Although, I did not go in to the place, the receptionist, Patricia was very understanding and thorough with her role. I'm not sure who I spoke to the next morning, but he was also very positive. Not once did I receive any attitude!

My Sister-in-law who is a teacher was down for the holiday and her car coded, Harold diagnosed the code and repaired the fuel pump and had it fixed within 2 days so she was able to get back to Arkansas in time for school to start back.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

This place is wonderful and reliable! My truck broke down on the side of the road and they happily took me in and got my truck fixed in the next couple of days during the holidays. Their customer service was super and their prices are fair. I wish I lived closer so I could come to them every time I need help!Service: General repairs & maintenance

If you are looking for an honest mechanic 20 miles east of Waco Harold's Automotive is where it's at! I will literally drive 2.5 hours with three tires anytime to get honest service and not be nickel and dime. The service is top of the line and Harold knows his stuff! If you are looking for a mechanic then look no further than Harold's Automotive you won't be disappointed! I live in the metroplex and as long as my car is drivable I'll drive it to Mart everytime
