I moved to Marshall from Hallsville so I would do all my online shopping in Longview. The Marshall store is more expensive so I feel like they r taking advantage of us because our options r few. Recently I've had very bad experience with having my food delivered. I've been getting molding cheese, something that u can planly see thru the package. No one is ever available to talk to. No managers will answer the phone. I finally spoke to someone in delivery, they brought me new cheese and even gave me an extra one but when I opened it once again mold. I tried calling back but no one answers so I called corporate but was on hold almost an hour before I hung up.
So not only r we being charged more but the product is bad, and no manager to be found.
I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone, I will order pickup from Longview from now on.
So disappointed ☹️

Ordered groceries through app. Arrived a little early. 45 minutes later im still waiting. Only 2 people in back working. No wonder they can't keep up. Do better Walmart. It's over 90 degrees. I'm burning gas and I'm still on fire in the heat.

They are disgusting at serving customers, after paying they sent me to 4 different people to let me know that I needed 2 gas tanks, right now I'm waiting more than 30 minutes. For someone to come out and give me the 2 tanks and nothing, I already spoke the phone and they don't answer
I already entered and they say wait, they're coming, they're very busy, but the lady who helped me is on her cell phone watching Facebook.

Employees have always been kind and helpful. Just wish customers would apply common respectfulness to others. Am I the only person that says excuse me, thank you, just speak?
I don't have to be kind nor humble, really FYI as a fellow shopper I owe you nothing or my kindness. so if myself or anybody wastes a breath to be kind? Show some respect acknowledge kindness, it cost nothing!

While shopping the worker stocking shelves were nice and courteous.
I encountered a problem were I used split payment using cash and walmart card; the cashier didn't calculate the cash I gave her correctly bc I ended up given her the total in cash after the card took off $2.13 and over all the cash I gave her wasn't calculated correct on receipt. I went to customer service and after explaining what happened and I was shorted 0.05 cents even though they had seen the problem. I'm from out of town and was just here for a family event. Experience wasn't great customer service and correcting issue wasn't fully resolved, I'll say pay attention to your money bc they may not be paying attention or calculating cash tend correctly.
