Walgreens took over Super1 pharmacy. Now they don’t have a drive thru window and they don’t answer the phone. These are the reasons I switched to Super 1.
They either fired everyone or they quit. Thanks a lot Walgreens for ruining another pharmacy. By the way. The doctors are not happy either. They refused to use them because they don’t answer the phone. ??

Tried to contact Marshall store by phone. That was a joke. When said pharmacy it would just hang up. I tried seven times to get a prescription filled no luck yet.

Went to the pharmacy yesterday 2/19/24 at 11am for a RX that was sent in at 8:45am. Was told it wasn’t going to be ready until 3pm. Went back at 3pm still wasn’t ready until 3:45pm. Another RX was called in at 4:45pm received at text stating RX was ready. Arrive at 8:30am 2/20/24 an RX wasn’t ready…What??? The person at the drive through was kind enough to get it ready. So I’ll push my 1 star to 2.

WAL-Green in Marshall Texas has the most worst customer service, I ever experience in my life. They speak to you with an attitude, If our insurance would have changed their pharmacy plan. We be using our local pharmacy.

I went to the pharmacy today to pick up prescriptions. I wait in the drive through line for 45, probably closer to 50 minutes. One prescription was ready and I was told to come back in an hour and the other one would be ready. I went to lunch and I made it back, but I was 10 to 15 minutes late. I went inside and I was standing at the pharmacy at 1:15. One lady was at the counter paying for her prescriptions. a man behind the counter came up and told me they were shutting down the line, I was the only person inline behind the lady paying for what she needed. He told me I would have to come back in an hour. I told him that I already had to wait an hour from the first time I was there and now he is telling me I have to wait another hour because they are shutting down for everyone to go to lunch. I told him not everyone in the pharmacy should be allowed to go to lunch at the same time. I needed to get back to work and i couldn't wait another hour. I came back to work 30 minutes away because I live in the country and I wanted to speak with a manager. While I am on hold for another 15 or 20 minutes, a message on the phone was saying the pharmacy was closed from 1:30 to 2:30. I was behind the other lady at the counter at 1:15, so now I am more irritated. Had I gotten back in line in the drive through, I would have been able to get my prescriptions because they hadn't put the orange cones up yet when I went in knowing it would be faster only to be turned away. :-(

The pharmacy employees are just rude. I called to ask questions about my prescription, before I could finish asking she cut me off to answer what she assumed my question was. Then told me I needed to bring my insurance information as I did not have any on file (curious as I have had a couple of prescriptions filled here with my insurance which has been on file since early 2022). She told me I just had a discount card on file since 2022. When I asked if she was sure she told me I better have my insurance or I may not get my prescription, which was actually sent over through my insurance telecare program. So rude and threatened to withid my medications. Really not a good look.

It was 5:57 when I arrived to the pharmacy window and they were already closed and gone. They website state they close at 6 not 5:57. The bad things is I called them around 5:30 to let them know I was leaving the ER in longview and my ETA was 5:58 . I felt that was very rude of them to just leave I have been using them for many years but they will not have to worry about my family using the Marshall location again

Walgreens has remodeled to be more accessible and accommodating for their customers. It is really nice. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We use the pharmacy and photo services. I highly recommend Walgreens.

If I could leave a zero star I would! Absolute worst customer service. I was told my order wasn’t there and that I was rude for wanting my order that was paid for and I had the email saying the order was there! Manager came to the front to explain to me that emails are sent out saying orders are there even when they are not but somehow the manager found the order. All the while the two cashiers are telling me I am rude because they didn’t know how to do their job and find an order

Worst customer service ever wouldn't even give them the 1 star ,pharmacy tech or pharmacist who ever she was rude and very unprofessional would not give me her name, she disconnected the call I called back and spoke to Jerry Steven stated he was the Manger ,he cared less about the situation and laughed.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
