I’ve always dreaded going to Verizon to buy a phone or change my plan, mainly due to my past experiences at the Shreveport/Bossier locations However, this experience deserved a 5 star review.We decided to go to the Marshall store and was so glad we did. Tiffanie was very knowledgeable, attentive, and was sweet through the entire experience. Hands down the best representative at any of the stores around Shreveport or Bossier. She deserves a raise. ?

Amy helped my husband & I both get new phones. It took a little longer because my husbands old phone was being funky & complicated, but she was so kind & had so much patience & made sure everything was taken care of before we left! I will forever ask for her when going there for any type of services! 10/10
