It was good ?, but it remains to be seen how they treat you after you buy the vehicle. I have a part on the back floor board that should be in the truck bed, I think. Still in a judgemental mode right now of the personnel.

The folks in the Service Dept at Shapen Toyota are wonderful and saved our road trip! We are heading home for the holidays from Portland, OR to Lafitte, LA and had some service done at Beaverton Toyota in Oregon the day before we left. While on the road, our Prius started making a flapping noise - that got really bad on the long stretch through Texas. We pulled over to inspect it and realized that the underbody cover was barely hanging on - the screws that were left were so loose they were able to be screwed in by hand - and we tied the rest of it back together with what we had on hand. The Beaverton crew couldn't have tightened it back up after the service was finished. The folks at Shapen in Marshall took care of it for us right away and were so nice about it! Thank you so much!!

Terrible experience. Internet buyer. Double talk and just straight lies. Wanted to charge 1800 for some ceramic coating (but if I used Toyota Finance, they would lower the cost..not to mention the three hard credit hits I told them not to do). I said no on both. They went onto say that the add on was already put on the vehicle and they wouldn't sell the vehicle without the extra cost. I said ok I'm walking, but they countered and I finally agreed to $350 just because I was tired of the back and forth game with the salesman/sales manager. The old wear the customer down dealer strategy. Flew in to pick up the vehicle noticed no super duper ceramic coating add on, not even a wax job (paint rough to the feel). Just a bold face lie. Asked about two keys prior but they would never answer. Only one set. New smart FOB $350. Asked if any paint work...nope. Front bumper was definitely painted. Always had good online internet buying but this experience cured me of ever doing it again. Buyer beware

We were traveling home after having to evacuate due to Hurricane Ida when we experienced car trouble. We were 2 miles from the dealership when the service light came on; we went in and they were able to quickly assist us with determining the problem, securing parts, and getting us back up and running so we could finish our trip back home. I am so appreciative of the staff from the dealership that was pleasant and very helpful to us in a time that was already stressful. Thank you! We appreciate the efforts you took to be sure we were able to get back on the road that day. I thank God that He saw fit for us to be near the dealership at this time and that we would be reminded of His faithfulness in the small and large details of life. God truly is greater than anything we may be experiencing (my face mask and the representative shared her tattoo with me that showed me that it wasn't an accident but merely God's design!

My family and I were driving from Texas to Tennessee when we had car trouble just across the street from Shapen Toyota. The employees there were so kind, especially Kim who brought us drinks, snacks and let us take over the waiting room. They drove to another town to get a radiator and stayed late on a Friday night so that we could continue our road trip.
