I live out of state and STILL go to Mr. Gaut. If I have a question I just call the shop and he’s always been very helpful and resourceful. “I had a roof tack in my sidewall pointed out to me when I was getting my oil change and I was told that it's unlikely I could find a shop that would make that repair for me. A friend suggested I try Torres Tires, so I drove up, explained the situation, and I think they had me out of there in less than 20 minutes. This was a few months ago, but I remember the repair job was priced so cheaply that it fixed my bad mood over the roof tack in my relatively new tires.The employees at the shop were also very friendly to me.”
