I'm one of those people who has buyers remorse 99% of the time and not happy about what you get for your money nowdays, but this was one of the few exceptions.Platinum did a great job on my truck, went above and beyond and for a great price. Had a great experience at Platinum Collision. I wrecked a Ford F350 that was in excellent condition. I thought it would never be the same again but I was wrong. Platinum Collision restored it to new condition. There was great communication with the insurance company with no headaches. I will definitely be returning with if need be.

I was not initially told that there is a storage fee, added fees like a $250 administration fee that is categorized as material that is not explained, when you don't use your insurance. I paid alot of money that I couldn't afford to platinum to just have them release my car to me because everything was not explained. This is not against any of the ladies up front because they were polite even while cashing my bill out.

I will not recommend this place they charge insurance for stuff they don't do and if you do take your car there to be fix , you must be ready to fight the owner , because he will get agresive

I will never go here again. The new owner sucks and under pays their employees. They fired Butch Reeves who is the best painter in town. For no reason at all. They hired one of their friends who doesn't do half as good of work as Butch does. Over half the business from that shop was because of butch. They will learn. He will get a job that treats him and pays him what he is worth! They hire a bunch of druggies and pill heads up there.
