The floor is kept clean. The equipment is kept up with, and if something breaks anything they usually get it fixed within the week. Thier employees have been friendly and kind. I have a special thanks i wanna give to Kat she is always busting her tail to keep the machines clean and the floor vacuumed. My first day, Kat showed me all the equipment and how to use it if i was confused. My only complaint is Ive seen other planet fitness gyms and they have newer equipment the equipment at the Marshall gym equipment is kept in good condition but I would appreciate the top of the line equipment personally!

I go during the middle of the day and you got a bunch of little old ladies working out and you got a bunch of punks working at the front blasting gangsta music. very disrespectful, I can think of a lot of names I could call management here but glad it's not my home gym and I'm just passing through.

Planet Fitness is very accommodating for your goals, the staff is friendly and plus the facility is very clean. They have a wide selection of exercise machines and areas that are tailored to your specific needs and wants.
