“I got a new car and I knew nothing about the tire pressure. Every time I would try to add air in it it seems like I was letting it out. Kala at the Marshall store greeted me with a smile reassured me that everything was going to be fine and that she could take care of me. She checked my tires and checked my fluids. So Kala I really want to thank you because I was so frustrated that day.”

“The staff were so welcoming when I arrived, offering me a bottle of cold water in the heat. They showed me the dirty oil and filters, suggesting changes, but without pressure. I watched them check my tires and other fluids, which my “regular place” before this would often overlook. The staff made pleasant small talk while working, which I enjoyed. I had no problem using a coupon for my purchases. As a side note, the shop manager is an extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable female, and I enjoy seeing women in non-traditional positions. I respect that! Overall a fantastic experience, and I will be making this my new oil change home. One happy customer here!”
“Always a great service. Only downside was the underbody splash shield wasn't put back on correctly and is hanging down.. other than that they Always professional and smiling.”
