I have one of their mixing bowls and called to ask about baking bread in it. A nice woman answered right away (no awful phone trees like with huge companies) and gave me the answer (yes) and how to do it. Very cool to have pottery made in Texas from a nice company.

Love this store, the owner is so kind and friendly. The merchandise is beautiful and the prices are very reasonable. I will definitely be going back.

This was such a fabulous stop! We loved every minute of our time buying pottery at Martinez Pottery. From being able to view the Potter throwing the dishes on the wheel and seeing the kiln train they use. Such an educational stop for our family. Not to mention the pottery is absolutely gorgeous! The staff at the shop were unbelievably kind and talked to us all about the process, etc... we met one of the artisans named Christine in the parking lot and she shared some "not rocks" with our children which was so kind of her. We will be sure to stop again, this is a gem of a location if you happen to be driving through Marshall, Texas.
