Amazing place to get an oil change! First off the level of professionalism and detail that goes into how they communicate is amazing! I also appreciate the customer friendly approach as well as the service being top of the line. I highly recommend this business for your next oil change and they do not take hours but a reasonable amount of time to get the job done!

I haven't had any problems with my check engine light. I would like check to see if something was not connected back.

I stopped by last week to get a motorcycle inspection, and the inspector wasn't there. I called the number on Google today and was forwarded to a rep that confirmed the inspector was there and could inspect a motorcycle.
I show up and was turned away, and they said that their inspector was again not there and that they didn't receive any calls all day!? Idk what's up with their phone system but I will not be visiting again.

On the 7/29. I had my car service at the Marshall TX location and on my way home I keep hearing a noise coming from my car. I pulled over to check and the front sides of my undercarriage was dragging on the ground. It was not clipped back in. I had to use zip ties to keep the sides up. I went back the next day and the guy tried to fixed up but because it dragged so much the holes on one side rip so now I am driving my car with it hanging a bit. I tried reporting this but could not get in touch with anyone.

Have always got oil changed at this place even when it was under the old name and owners. On 8-9-2024 went to get oil changed on mini cooper and after oil was changed the employee SLAMED HOOD extreme hard and knocked off team around hood he attempted to put it back on but I got out and looked at it three clips and holders were broken and it was hanging one loose. I requested to talk to the so called manager and he had such an ugly attitude that I demanded he make an incident report. Haven’t heard for him or the company that TAKE 5 at all. I pay $135 for my oil changes and since the million dollar company haven’t taken an effort to fix what their new employee damaged they. Received a one star ⭐️ from and loss of my business that I have giving them for the last 5 years. When they are chancing your oil you should Pay Very Close attention and make sure no damage is done in the process of doing business with them and they attempt to hold from you. Manager has a bad attitude and should not be running or managing no one’s company.

Have always used this location for my oil change!!! This time the tech had a hard time installing my in cabin filter...he did not pay attention to how it can off to put it back together properly!!! I had to show him how. Don't understand why the price was souch higher than 2 months ago. The recipe was not clear at all for what my charges were.

Hi, my name is Debra and I door dash in Marshall Texas. I picked up an order from kfc to be delivered to Take 5 oil change. On East End Blvd. once I made it to location a young African American male approached me and retrieved his food. While walking away a Caucasian male employee said to him. “Hey no watermelon.” That was very racist and disrespectful.
