Professional, efficient and friendly service from Mr Morton who towed us all of the way back to Dallas. Drove carefully and stopped to make sure that everything was secured.AAA said the tow truck might be a while but we were on the road within 30 minutes. Thank you!

Very rude women and very bad customer service, the one thing she knows how to do well is cus out customers. my truck was involved in a front accident which had nothing to do with the back window and when it was towed to their storage location my back window was in perfect condition, but when it was towed to Expert Collision in Marshall they shattered my back window. The woman that answers is very rude has very poor customer service and said my truck was like that at the scene of the accident, she was not even there at the scene, I told her I have the pictures provided to me by the police and she still went off and cussed me out and said they were not going to cover my window. will never ever used them again and will alert people of how bad they are.

I call them about my car been on the side of the road, they said it would be 100 dollars to take it to my house , but they went and got it and took it to they yard when I asked why, they said because police also call about the car even tho I called first, they still took it, now they wanted 450 dollars to get the car. Sound to me like a scam!!! Please do not use this people or you will be in the same situation.

Had a Corvette moved from Longview to Marshall and I know and have witnessed and prove pictures that the top roof was there, they told me that I was a liar and to sue them cuz there driver was telling the truth

Prompt service exceeding my expectations. The gentleman who assisted me was very polite and helpful to a new girl in town. I didn't catch his name, but he is veteran whom I owe my freedoms to. God bless that gentleman and this company for the assistance they gave me. I will definitely use this service again.

during this blizzard we have had I needed a wrecker was referred to JR's they weren't running at the time but, the man I spoke with told me he would get me taken care of,, he did!!!! the man who came out went above and beyond to get my vehicle loaded in all this frozen snow! thank you very much for your quick helpful response.
