Took the car in for an alignment.
"That'll be 100 dollars"
2 hours later.
"We need to spend 800 dollars to fix the bushings and we won't do the alignment if we can't."
Took my car to 2 other mechanics after this.
There is no problem with the bushings.
Either they lied to get more money or they're incompetent.

Went in to get my wheels swapped out had some issues with my old wheels guys help out a bunch and made the swap happen even tho it was after hours ! Michael was awesome and kept us updated with everything ! Would recommend this place anytime !

Absolutely fantastic experience at this location! We had just finished traveling 2400 miles from Virginia and Pennsylvania through Kentucky, Tennessee and Arkansas, when we hit a nail on the road at our hotel in Marshall. Woke up to a flat tire, and immediately took the car to Mavis. We were absolutely blown away how professional this team was and how quickly they took care of our problem. The leadership at this location was absolutely first rate. It was really pleasant to have five star service from the top level leadership down to the team in the pits. Everyone seemed like they love their job, and they seemed like they truly enjoyed taking care of ALL of their customers. I wish more locations around the United States were like this.
This Mavis location is truly an example of how service should be done. A great crew all around!
