“It's Wonderful to have Ivan Smith Furniture Store in Marshall, TX. They have a great selection of furniture, appliances and more. The salesman, Zach Hart was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. He also helped place a special order on a couple of furniture pieces I wanted to complete my purchase. He kept informed of my delivery, which did not take long for them to deliver. I ordered them on a Thursday and the furniture was delivered on Saturday. The delivery men were very professional, respectful and it did not take them very long to set up my bedroom set. Overall , it was a fantastic experience! Everyone , including the delivery men , were very helpful! Also, you'll get a text message a day before your delivery. “This is the 2nd time I've come here with a very specific freezer in mind. Both times almost a year apart. I was met immediately by a very kind knowledgeable and patient salesperson. She was very helpful and understanding that I needed to make payments. The application for credit took just a few minutes and I got the exact freezer of my dreams TWICE!!! To my absolute surprise shock and splendor the lady who rang me up said they will deliver this to you this afternoon. I just purchased it at about 1:00 pm so I was blown away by the customer service. I will ALWAYS look here first when buying appliances or furniture, because you sure aren't gonna get service, kindness and caring at a big box store.
