“Ashley has great customer service she was very helpful but there’s another lady that works in there I’m not sure if she’s the supervisor or not but I witnessed her being very rude to Mrs.Ashley making racist remarks about her and I fell like that’s not no way to treat anyone and sure isn’t great customer service at all”
“Devon rocks! He helped me pick out the perfect potting soil for my giant potted plants, and he carried the giant heavy bag out to my car in 101° heat...all with a smile on his face. What a lovely experience!”

Lots of empty shelves, and the online ordering needs to be "revamped"! I tried to order online, but it shows "not available." I went to the local store, and WAM!, there it is, on the shelf... Why should I continue to order online if I still have to do my own shopping???
Self-Payment Registers... Really? They pay 3 people or more at each door to check receipts, and now the system has Cashiers come over to the Self-Pay if it "detects" anything it doesn't like!
Why not open more Registers, and have these Cashiers help the customers, instead of us having to use Self-checkouts, and having them Scan our receipts and items we purchased?”
“The manager there is actually very selfless and loves her customers. She has spent more time in that building working towards making things better for her employees and the community she serves. There is nothing she wouldn't do for anyone. I've seen her stand out in the rain and the cold next to a vehicle where a mother didn't want to get her small children out of the vehicle but didn't want to leave them alone. That's the store manager. She has a great team of people and they have a great atmosphere. For those people that want to leave a rude review or speak ill of her is laughable. 2 of these comments were from people that are Family of employees that she terminated for theft or violating theircompany policy. If the homeless need to eat, they know she will come out of her own pocket to make sure they are taken care of. That's who the manager is.”
“Employees have always been kind and helpful. Just wish customers would apply common respectfulness to others. Am I the only person that says excuse me, thank you, just speak?
I don't have to be kind nor humble, really FYI as a fellow shopper I owe you nothing or my kindness. so if myself or anybody wastes a breath to be kind? Show some respect acknowledge kindness, it cost nothing!”

“Phillip Chrisman was awesome! He was so very helpful from start to finish! We purchased lawn furniture and he even helped load it.That store is lucky to have him.”
