I was in trying to pay my father in laws bill and they said I couldn't cause I was not on bill and just refused to be of any help. Which is ridiculous cause I just end up paying online with no ID or any one refusing to take my money for bill ?♀️service tucked do not go here

Had a my 1st bad experience here tonight while I'm working I stopped by to pay my balance of my bridge pay they were already closed and it wasn't 8pm yet all I had was cash so I had to make the payment inside the store it was 5 min before closing I know it's cutting it close but when having business hours you shouldn't lock up before closing this was the worst customer service I've ever had from here

The black guy that works there thinks that he knows everything. He lacks customer service skills.Maybe he needs more training. I will take my business somewhere else. I don't need the attitude. It's true what they say about what you get what you pay for ,at $9 or $10 an hour you can't expect professional employees.If enough people start driving to Shreveport or Longview because of your nasty attitude then you wouldn't have a job!

Horrible experience from beginning to end. FIRST, it's no adults servicing you at this location mainly young highschool kids. As I entered the building I was greeted with .. well I actually wasn't greeted, they actually looked at me as if I was bothering them. To make a long story short the employees are young and very UNPROFESSIONAL , no one knew nothing about porting over iphones. Please hire professional adults and get rid of the children you have running away customers

Staff did as there job title ask them to do. I still feel they didnt live up to or start my service as they said mo hey wise meaning i was overcharged. At startup amd monthly. Service seems to be decent except I have to send my messages a few times sometimes for it to ever go thru and will have a great signal. On a scale 1-10 I say 8

Great customer service delivered by the staff. Would definitely recommend switching to cricket, it’s worth it!!! :)
