Tried to return a jacket I bought yesterday for a different size........staff was extremely rude and arrogant..........wouldn't exchange the jacket ..........said it smelled bad, well it hasn't been worn at all so..........I will not be spending money my money there and highly recommend that no one else does either..........I may dress poor......but I ain't poor..........I will donate the jacket to the local homeless shelter and buy another one elsewhere...........this location is terrible........rude........and stuck up.........I hope their brooms burn on their way home

The only place my husband likes to shop for jeans. Pretty expensive for Wranglers unless you happen to catch them on sale. And they do have some decent mark downs on shirts & jeans

My 4 year old and I walked in, knew what I needed and went and picked up my two pieces of clothing. (Two pairs of pants) A young lady walked up to me and asked if I needed help. Before I could say “I found what I needed, thank you”. She immediately has her arms out to “take my merchandise To the front to hold”. I immediately was like “okay”. And I let her take my stuff. As I continued to search for a dress shirt, I found I was being watched from all angles and they were not being shy about hovering 5 ft away from the sales rack I was looking through. In the 20 minutes that I was there 6 different employees asked me “if I needed help.” And if they could “take my stuff to the front for me”. I don’t know how many more times I could have say no thank you. When I went to check out ($180 for 4 items of clothing) the “manager” named “tea” rung me up and couldn’t bother to utter more than two words to me the entire transaction. I tell her thank you and merry Christmas as I left the cashier desk to leave the store and she didn’t even look up. Extremely distasteful. I’ve never been profiled for stealing before but, working as a department store manager retail I know most store policies. They were not being incognito about it at all and in fact made me feel extremely uncomfortable. So I returned my items not a half our later. When asked what the issue was I was very upfront. The manager was in hearing range and of course still couldn’t bother to say a word. Love that. This was my first time in the store and I will never be going back. Very toxic environment.
