Never answers phone. Have to pay extra for a “month” we missed even though we have paid everything every month. Nothing but issues. Do not recommend.

I don't reccomend them because they NEVER answer the phone or return a call. I've been trying to pay my storage note for 2 months now and can't. All because of them Not answering or Not returning calls.

Meh overall. Facility is secure. Staff are very poor at bookkeeping, communication, and logic. The "gate" keeps breaking which locks people out of their own units and then refer back to the severe lack of communication.

Excellent facility and very customer friendly. Modified storage to accommodate my boat. Highly recommend !
