Great place! A little noisy because of the frequent trains, but you can get used to that!

It's flat. Potholed entry drive, rock/grass pads. Sunny. Mostly workers' trailers. BBQ is closed and for sale. $20 for the night. RV park, no shower house.

We stayed at this park for about 5 months while we prepared our property to move to. The park is keep clean and quiet. Linda is an outstanding manager and quickly responds to any issues. We would highly recommend this park.

We have stayed here 2 yrs coming home from Texas, it's right on the highway, and easy in and out, they have added a laundry, spot was level, just a nice stop on the way home. WE will stop again!

Owner is very nice/laid back and helpful. It’s a basic set up. One “road” with a row to the left, and a row to the right to park your rv. Grass pads. No office, no showers, no cable, DOES have WiFi. The Downfalls(which are not their fault) are THE TRAINS. THEY COME DAY AND NIGHT ABOUT EVERY 3 HOURS. It’s so loud. The ground shakes. And I suppose truckers drive past and their brakes are loud as well. Even though they are across the highway. So park in the back. It’s About 10 minuets from Jewett Tx. Animal friendly(we have 2 huge dogs and she didn’t complain or anything). Gas stations and Dollar store within a mile. As well as a few eating places. A little “park” (not maintained, basically has a swing) less than a mile away. I’m mainly doing this review because I needed something like this and there weren’t any detailed. It’s an extremely small town and all the other rv parks near the job site were full. It rained for DAYS so it had flooded some and the owner went out of her way to get out in the FREEZING temps/sleet to bring pallets to walk on, to make things easier on everyone. It’s quiet people wise. We came in at like midnight and she was totally understanding said to choose anywhere to park. No card machine, so use cash. It was $125 a week for us. Or 3 something a month.
