I stopped in here on my way home from Louisiana. At checkout, I met the sweetest young woman who was my cashier. She, too, is a native LA girl. We immediately connected. Her name is Andarien and she's an excellent employee at DG. When you go in there, tell her "hello" from the crazy old lady from LA.Thank you DG for hiring so many wonderful people!!

Week ago had a situation and a misunderstanding . I give the 5 stars because they did something very few Corporate will do. Truly took care of their customer.Spoke with store and corporate. They told me it would be passed on to District Manger and before noon on Monday the General Manger had followed up with him actually coming to my house to drop something off to me .He came not because I would not come to them . He came because I have some health issues and some days are better than others. He ,without me asking , offered to come by. That’s old school Great Customer service .Thanks for the team taking care of my family and me. Keep that up cause so many retailers have lost it. God bless and have a blessed day.

Dollar General in Marlin Texas provides many of the items you would find at your grocery and dept stores but with a much faster shopping experience. You're in and out so quick,that is if you don't get caught buying more than you came for which I always do because they have so many bargains of all kinds. From food, to household, to medicines, toiletries, paper goods. You need it most likely they have it. Stop by the Dollar General in Marlin, you'll enjoy the shopping experience.

Love this store. Walk slowly and check out all shelves. I promise you won't be disappointed. There is always something on sale. The dollar aisle is my favorite. Friendly staff and plenty on shelves. Walk slow it's worth it.

If you just need a few items, and don't want the hassle of going to the Big Stores, I always hit up the local Dollar Store!! Usually Fast & Very Convenient!!
