Hello,First I was charged for leaving a tire...but had to go back because it was in the trunk not taken out....so later at home I noticed a $12 charge for balancing an old spare tire I had mounted and out on my car because my tire on the car was flat and ruined. I have been there many times. At no time have they ever balanced a tire at all when mounting a spare or even ASKED ME.A customer should be ASKED. I would not have had it balanced. Sure $12 is not a big deal and I was OFFERED a refund but who wants to drive miles back into town.!!!!??
