We came in the morning and had a great time test driving and purchasing. All our questions were answered. We had shopped the day before and drove around Houston stopped at 3 other dealerships with no luck. Using Google we found Apple Sport and called to to set up appointment. It was a good drive to get out there probably 1 1/2 hour but worth every minute.

Bought a 2017 Suburban a few months ago ("Deal with Dave"- David Klosterman) & got the extended warranty just in case. Unfortunately, we had to use it. The Service Advisor, Ryan McGrath, went above & beyond on a Friday to ensure we were taken care of. He contacted the Extended Warranty company FOR us, obtained all the information I'd need to set up a tow from College Station to Apple Sport Chevrolet (at no cost to me/covered by our warranty) & made sure everything was handled before leaving work. Once our vehicle was there, he kept us updated on the progress & estimated time to complete the work. He was even in the process of setting us up with a loaner vehicle, but the mechanics finished our car quicker than expected. I couldn't be happier with the customer service I received. 10/10 would recommend

Being able to do paperwork over the phone and email was great. Being able to get a lower interest rate than quoted by another institution was fantastic. And having the dealership come pick me up 2 hrs away was unbelievable service.
