It is quite busy and you do need to do some paperwork wich can be done on line. It is important to know that you must schedule a appointment before you go in. Just call and they can set you up. They are very nice and will help you with any information needed.”

I'm my opinion this branch is much quicker at processing transactions because it's not as busy as other local branches. The APR's for the credit cards and loans are very competitive and reasonable compared to other financial institutions. They offer FREE Notary services for members ONLY.”
“Great small town bank feel with all the modern banking technology I desire. I recently switched over my accounts from Wells Fargo to FCB. It is a nice change to see the same faces every time I walk in the bank. Plus they all remember my name! Also, on the business side, when I need a unique loan they make it very easy. “Cayla was warm and welcoming after I was treated poorly by one of your bankers at the counter who choose not to be kind when asked a simple question. I don’t understand rude customer service by any employee. That is the first priority of your employment. However Cayla saved the day with basic human decency and exceptional customer service. Thank you. I have been with Randolph brooks since I was 17 years old because of your standards for excellence customer service. Today I was disappointed greatly. However I wanted to give your store 5 stars because of people like Cayla. She is the reason I come back.”
“My wife and I were in need of a bank with great customer service, user friendly interfaces, and great rates. USAA was just no longer cutting it. We shopped around New Braunfels and found this PNC location. Needless to say, we found our bank! Every staff member was exceptional, knowledgeable, and downright friendly. We worked closely with this locations new manager, Chantel, and her colleague, Vanessa. These wonderful ladies set us up with all of our necessary accounts and got us the best savings rates in our area. Overall a great experience, phenomenal service, and that small town banking feel.”
