“We had a unique project to mount an old Sensenich Bros. Model 98AA-66 wooden propeller to our wall. We went to the local big box store and didn’t get any help or find anything that would work.Our next stop was McCoy’s on the 337 loop. Immediately when we walked in, the assistant manager made eye contact and asked what he could help us with. After explaining our project and that we were looking for conduit, he told us to follow him and led us to an employee working the paint area. We told her the project and she hollered to another employee a bit away about a paper towel holder. After explaining our ideas to that employee, I believe Rebecca, took us to the employee break room to show what she created. It was exactly the material we were looking for.She led us to the area within the store, helped us select the right sizes and pieces, then led us to the hardware area for the right lag bolts to mount the pieces into studs. Next, she took us to the paint aisle and we selected a flat black to paint the conduit.This project turned out terrific, was a great experience, and fantastic memory for my partner and I, but it all started with the outstanding customer service we always receive at this store. While I didn’t get anyone’s name, they all deserve my gratitude!”

“These guys are professionals through and through... Iv recently been zeroscaping my back yard and found these guys were on my way to work. The cost per yard is extremely more cost effective than buying gravel by the bag, and its so quick im in and out in 5-10minutes... they have saved me a small fortune on my project, and i intend to continue to use them for all of my landscaping material needs. The selection they carry is impressive as well and the staff is a well knit team who are helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. “Cold front is approaching…I need a ceramic heater for the RV.HD site says they have 55 tower heats in stock.We head to HD across town.Ask a clerk where they are…she says "if we have any left, aisle 5’.Aisle 5…devoid of any heaters…big empty shelves… CRAPOLA!Yeah, I’m disgruntled as I’m charging out.I’m mouthing to my wife as we’re leaving…As we are about to exit, a clerk from the CS desk hears me and asks if I’m finding everything. You know where that went..She says, oh…earlier there was a big stock of those in the center aisle.Head to the center aisle. Yep, 50 of them!Excellent help!”

“Great selection of all the hardware and home improvement needs that you could imagine.I really enjoy their gardening section and all the employees always been helpful and show me where the products are that I'm looking for. I like browsing for general home improvement ideas and the appliance section give me a pretty good idea of some of the upgrades I could do with my house. Sometimes I do need a board cut and it is nice that they can cut a piece of plywood as I need for any shelving or various needs around the house.”
