offers a distinctive and authentic Western atmosphere that truly sets it apart.Thanksgiving day need to make reservations. Bar was closed would definitely try to go back and make sure to book.

Our visit to Marfa was made even better by our stay at the Hotel Paisano. The hotel is full of charm, but what truly stood out was Gretchen’s exceptional hospitality. She took great care of us, went above and beyond, and made us feel genuinely welcome. We will definitely be coming back!
